A hard-working individual with vast experience in the meat industry with 5 years experienced. I have all the skills and knowledge about meat processing, abattoir set up, cutting premises, canning and my abilities always proves me to be an asset. Very expertise in animal anatomy, food microbiology, parasitology, food safety, HACCP, , Food safety management system, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, codex Alimentarius commission, OIE, animal welfare, pathology, food preservation and other disciplines falling in this category.
I am to develop Standard operating procedures, prerequisite programmes, working instructions, and functionalise the food safety system within the company. I have good meat inspection skill, with vast knowledge in identifying lesions and infections both at antemortem and postmortem, make judgements in accordance to the legislation, good knife sharpening skill, good team work and able to lead, able to work odd hours, time conscious and always energetic.
Vast experience in the meat industry and always ready to carry out any abattoir operative jobs.
bachelor of science and food science and technology from the University of Botswana, Meat Inspection certificate from Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources and other various certificates.
