Hi i am a experienced support worker working within the adult learning disabilities sector i have had years of experience, I enjoy this type of work very much.I have worked with many adults with all kind of disabilities , I've also worked within mental health for children from 12 to 18 year old,I have good communication skills, high standards with understanding for others i am very bubbly and caring and a good team player. I am very passionate with helping others succeed in life and making sure that they are happy and kept safe.

Whilst working as I support worker I have always been honest and kept an eye of the individual seriously from abuse ive always supported someone who is going through bad times,I have always felt that others can trust me.I always act professionally.When someone needs a ear to listen to and been able to chat about any thing what they may been bothering them I've always been there for them and ive been able express to them feel at ease.

Teaching what is wrong and what is right in life having the rights of someone who can express their selfs .I've worked in many places with people's needs are dealt with properly.the needs are different.from person to person.I have never been to university,I have learnt a lot from a person about what they can do and can't do for there selfs
