A highly motivated individual with a proven background and experience which spans over 20 years in the early years and adult education sector. I display exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. I am a responsible, honest, and trustworthy individual.
I hold qualifications across early years and management, and adult education, that range from Level 3 to Level 5 leadership and management, with a further degree, BA(Honours) in Early Childhood Studies, as well as experienced in the delivery of key skills/functional skills.
I exhibit discretion, diplomacy, patience, and professionalism always, working well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and targets, and always remaining focused on my objectives and quality of work. I hold exceptional skills in effective communication methods and outstanding leadership skills, which have been obtained not only from 10 years working in the UAE but also over 10 years previously in the UK, managing early years, breakfast, and out-of-school clubs, including setting them up, as well as delivering training on a vocational level, often supported by with mathematics, English and ICT functional skills, through apprenticeships.
I am a highly sociable person, with a fabulous sense of humour, that can effectively develop relationships with both children and adults.
Other aspects of my role include working freelance as a trainer and assessor and IQA across a range of awarding bodies that deliver early years and teaching and health and social care qualifications, in particular with Cache/NCFE awarding body.
Teaching and training /assessing/quality assurance specialist across a wide variety of subjects including early years, playwork, support teaching and learning in schools, health, and social care that spans over 16 years.
Over 25 years of early years experience obtained from both the UK and overseas.
