Karen Milton

I am a bit of a fitness geek who enjoys participating in gym classes, attempts to play netball, and who has an interest in health and fitness.

I live in Essex and am 'the adult responsible for' a small four legged friend who resembles Basil Brush and answers to the name of Buddy.

I am also a qualified accountant with more years experience than I care to remember.
