Having spent over 20 years working in different care roles I have excellent communication skills and lots of empathy for other people which I have developed during my time as a care worker, and I understand the importance of providing a high-quality service. I have very good verbal communication skills, I am friendly, easy to get on with and work well in a team. I can use my own initiative in the workplace to solve problems and I can work with minimal supervision.

I am used to remaining calm whilst working under pressure in fast moving environments and I have experience of working towards and in a busy Environment in all aspects of care I have worked with the Elderly young adults with learning difficulties and special needs I'm also a good listener I think I would be a asset to your company. I have to monitor and log ever action parent has with baby/child/children.we have a colour coded system to gather evidence for the courts.depending on the order they came in the unit on we I monitor via CCTV and log everything even conversations
