Karisha Elizandra Azdan

Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Manchester (MSc Real Estate Asset Management) with a minimum Merit expected. Graduated from one of the few AACSB accredited business schools in Indonesia (School of Business and Management (SBM) Bandung Institute of Technology) with an outstanding GPA of 3.6 out of 4. During my undergraduate degree, I also had other international exposures, such as being an exchange student at Gent Universiteit (credits were added to the final transcript) and attending summer school at the University of Twente (Netherlands).

These two programmes were in Management Finance. I also completed a final thesis on modern portfolio management and received an outstanding grade of A (first-class).

• Collated and analysed ‘Monthly Billing’ spreadsheet data, maintaining a high level of accuracy and reported it to the managing partner.
• Traveled to different sites in Manado city to meet clients and obtained relevant documentation 
• Built and maintained positive working relationship with stakeholders, including clients and third parties, ensuring policies and procedures compliance.
