Karishma Iyer

I am an energetic, motivated and outgoing individual with 2.5 years of experience as an Insights Analyst in People Operations Shared Services team, as an individual contributor. Having completed dual degrees in Statistics and Business Analytics and professional certifications in varied subjects and software, I am highly educated and possess innate curiosity and passion for learning. I am a creative visionary who is interactive, objective and enjoys juggling multiple activities.

I have worked for close to 3 years as an Insights Analyst in the Group People Operations team of Ocado Group. My role primarily includes creating data visualisation reports and dashboards for performance management, process improvement and client presentations using data from multiple sources. Working as an individual contributor, I have bridged the gap between the business and the technical team and transformed the data framework in the CRM system to improve data quality.

I conducted knowledge transfer workshops for SMEs to inculcate data mindset and enhance data interpretation capabilities. Prior to joining Ocaod Group, I have worked on internships and projects across various inductries and sectors where in I have used advanced analytics to solve complex business problems. My experience has exposed me to a variety of software including Tableau, SQL, Python and R.

I completed MSc Business Analytics from The University of Warwick and MSc Statistics from NMIMS University, Mumbai after completing BSc (Statistics major) from The Univeristy of Mumbai.
