Currently studying level 3 in traditional and heritage buildings and CSTDB

I have worked for a company which work for the government grant scheme, Eco 2, 3, and 4. Closing deals, filling paperwork, working as a team and alone on projects, submission and ensuring smooth running of my team.

I then moved into a company as a building surveyor/coordinator.

Surveying properties from chimney to ground levels.

Producing reports with specifications and tender.

Pre purchase reports.

Damp reports.

Timber and decay surveys and reports.

Closing deals from 5k to 150k +.

Sales oriented.

Working close with the project manager to ensure projects are running smooth and ensuring clients are satisfied.

CPD learning in cavity wall, spray cork, ventilation, damp and timber, vapour open and closed materials.

Working with grade 1 an 2 properties.

I currently completed my Level 5 retrofit coordinator course.
