A highly motivated and passionate Graphic Design Manager with over 15 years experience working on luxury fashion and lifestyle brands. I currently work as an integral part of the John Lewis visual design team, taking the creative lead across a range of key campaigns, creating engaging and cohesive visual solutions whilst maintaining a strong brand identity. My role involves setting the creative direction to key campaigns whilst maintaining a modern approach to the design language as well as engaging art direction and generating forward thinking retail experiences.
Taking a holistic approach, my work balances warmth and empathy, with clarity and purpose. I bring to any design team a vest of creative energy, positivity and passion for great design. I have had great pleasure of growing the design team during my years at John Lewis to mentoring and managing a team of multi disciplined designers working on an array of multi-channel graphic projects across mens, womens, kids and homeware.

As an experienced Graphic Design Manager my current role involves me leading and designing conceptual creative work and visual experiences that can be delivered across omni-channel customer touchpoints. As part of the internal design team I also work alongside external specialist agencies and collaborators to stretch and grow the brand whilst helping to commission the right resource to deliver the desired output. I also manage a team of multi-disciplined designers, working across all touchpoints.
Mid-weight Graphic Designer - Senior Designer - Creative Design Lead at Boden (2013-07 – 2018-12)
Developing and mentoring a small design team it was my role to oversee all branding projects from conceptual stage to execution reporting into the Associate creative director. I worked closely with all departments across the business from Product, Marketing, Press, VM, Web and Retail teams. In this role I was lead designer on the 2018 rebranding project as well as several Christmas and seasonal campaigns, where the creative direction was delivered across all platforms of the business.
