I currently work at the Hilton Ageas Bowl in the Spa department and been there last 5 years and 3 years before the Spa was working in Conference & Banqueting department of the hotel so after nearly 8 years I am ready for a new challenge and a role that will still deal with customers but some admin duties as well. I am a confident and approachable person who enjoys working in a team or on my own. I am very organised and have excellent communication skills.
I can do flexible hours so this job sounds perfect for me and I also love a role that is varied as this keeps things more interesting and fun. I am most passionate about helping others experience a pleasant journey through their fitness and making sure everyone has a great time. My special skills are being able to deal with customers enquires over the phone, face to face or via email and to be able to plan and organize different activities and events.
I have worked in many different roles these include:- Secretary, PA, Project Co-Ordinator, Events Administrator, Sales & Marketing Assistant, Travel Sales Consultant, IT & Database Administrator, Lunchtime Supervisor Assistant (Primary School), Conference & Banqueting Assistant and a Spa Shift Leader.
1 year Business Studies Course at Dacorum College in Hemel Hempstead - GCSE Keyboard Applications, Teeline Shorthand 60-70wpm, RSA's in Secretarial, Computer Literacy and Communication in Business.
GCSE's at The Astley Cooper Secondary School in Hemel Hempstead - English Language, English Literature, Maths, Combined Science, History, Graphical Communication and Child Development. PITMAN - Typewriting Stage I & II.
