Her most recent position was for Ansor LLP, a Private Investment firm aiming to build and grow sustainable organisations through acquiring SME's and building exceptional leadership teams. She was responsible for People strategy and Executive hiring for both the Fund and the portfolio businesses.
Previously Kath was Global CPO across 35 businesses within WPP, covering 7,000+ people in 14 countries. She specialises in CEO and Exec level development; transformation and change, including mergers and acquisitions.
She has led large HR functions and has both generalist and specialist HR experience. She has worked across Talent Management and Acquisition, Learning and Development and Reward.
Her experience has covered a wide variety of industries including Media & Advertising, Finance, Tech, Legal and Charity sectors.
