NHS VOLUNTEER - KITCHEN ASSISTANT (Nottingham City Hospital, Feb 2024 - Present)

• Assisting in preparing meals for patients, while meeting food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Working towards strict deadlines.
• Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas.
• Serving meals to patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and their needs are met.

• Providing support and advice to parents about caring for children with special needs and accessing support services.
• Working in a team of staff and volunteers to organise support sessions and setting up activities for children during school holidays.
• Preparing and serving refreshments to staff, parents and children during support sessions.
