Kathryn Brown

I'm a versatile artist who specialises in scenic art, puppet and animatronic making, and puppeteering. As a scenic artist, I have skills in concrete texturing, airbrushing, and cloth painting. My love for puppets comes from their ability to add an interactive element to performances.

With 17 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, modern and jazz, I greatly understand movement and performance that aids my puppetry work. This also helps aid my work in animatronics, along with my basic CAD and programming skills.

Two years of working on industry-standard theatre shows at university and experience working freelance in TV/film and exhibition work.

Recently graduated from Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama
