First-Class Honours Degree in Environmental Science, with a year’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) industrial placement at Johnson and Johnson. Experience creating, implementing and running environmental schemes and strategies in the UK and internationally. EH&S Coordinator, Johnson and Johnson / S2 Partnership – High Wycombe 

• Employed by S2 Partnership as a consultant and placed full-time within Johnson and Johnson, responsible for EH&S schemes and processes over the Thames Valley sites. 
• Managed and adapted sustainable travel initiatives (Shuttle Bus Service and Electric Vehicle Charging Points). Launched and ran an employee car-sharing scheme, with over 200 employees signing up in the first 2 months.
• Led environmental projects and programmes focused on waste reduction, recycling and reducing energy emissions, including regular employee engagement campaigns. 
• Created health and safety training for all employees, performed site inspections and prepared for the successful EH&S audit. 
• Coordinated a global internal and external team to create exhibit booths for the company’s online sustainability summit, with over 400 employees attending each day. 
• Supported the post-COVID-19 return-to-work plan with site-wide communications and set up community information pages for over 2,000 employees. 
• Mentored 20 Sixth Form students on the ‘Bridge to Employment’ programme, helping prepare them for future work and educational options. 
• Shadowed S2 consultants and supported incident investigations, environmental systems planning and environmental assessments.

BSc Environmental Science, University of Plymouth 

• Achieved a First-Class Honours Degree. 
• Dissertation (First-Class) on the impact of riparian vegetation on sediment composition in rivers.
• Key modules and topics included; Global Environmental Solutions, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation, Environmental Management and Sustainability, Conservation Policy and Planning, Environmental Law and Ecological Economics.
