im a hard working, resilient and bubbly person. i always give service with a smile and provide customers with the upmost respect. my goal as a employee is to make sure customers are happy with my service and are also enjoying their time at the establishment. making sure customers, and my fellow employees, are being treated correctly is something i value.

i am currently a server at blackburn rovers football club. i serve pints, other beverages and hot food. i really enjoy being hands on when there is a rush and i love being kept on my feet. meeting new people every shift is something i enjoy. i always provide service with a smile and i also find quick solutions to any kind of problem that comes my way.

im currently studying at blackburn college in level 2 production and media. as far as qualifications, i have a level 1 diploma in health and social care which i completed in 2025
