Worked as part of the Lizi's leadership management team, responsible for all business direction and decisions. Perform initial client assessments, reviewing prevalent international aspects. From the findings developed a European international strategy with key distributors to launch into targeted markets.

Focus markets included France, Germany and Ireland. I developed new processes to streamline the current export system which resulted in performance improvements throughout the business. YOY sales growth of +78% in 2017 and +41% in 2018.

Senior International Account Manager - Organix brands

My career at Organix began in the role of NAM, looking after a portfolio of UK grocery accounts including Waitrose, Ocado, Convenience and export, plus developing new business. In 2010, I saw an opportunity to drive the export arm of the Organix business forward, enabling me to personally grow the international sales from £100k to £4m in 2015. My role as Senior International Account Manager developed from a tactical approach to a strategic path.
I managed the international team for Organix and all international development projects working to a strategic future. The core focus over the last two years has been to develop and roll out a three-year international strategy for the brand. Asia was my major target region, with key projects focusing on developing China.
