I have worked with clients in the film production industry by testing them multiple times a week for Covid 19. I would perform mostly PCR tests on clients so they were clear to work. I have been based in various film studios and also on location. We had a quick turn around time to fit in with the busy schedules of the film & media industry. We also has to ensure that we complied with data protection for privacy for our clients.

Whilst furloughed from my job as cabin crew, I took up the opportunity to deliver parcels for amazon. It gave me purpose throughout lockdown and during the Covid restrictions. I now continue to do this in my free time. I have really enhanced my navigation skills since delivering for amazon.

As cabin crew based at London Heathrow, I travelled the world flying Long haul and Short haul. Safety was our first priority across the whole entire company. I was required to be up to speed with all the general procedures and theory behind airline safety.
Before each flight I would update myself on any changes to the safety procedures or changes in the service. I then would go over my training and locations of safety equipment. This ensures that I'm confident in Carrying out my job role safely.
I enhanced my customer service skills as I was the port of call for the customers flying. I worked well within a team to deliver five star service to the customers. I really enjoyed meeting new people from all different cultures.
Waitress - Gogos's Waterfront

As a waitress at Gogos waterfront restaurant and bar, I expanded my knowledge on different types of wine and which complimented different foods. In the summer months we would be very busy as the restaurant was located on the Windsor marina, this gave me an insight of what working in a fast paced environment was like.

As I case handler I would be responsible for booking appointments with people who were making a medical claim. I would liaise with claimants and medical experts, to make sure we had all the correct information in order to proceed with the claim.

As a shop assistant at mulberry I worked over the busiest time of year for sales. I was educated on visual merchandising and tips on how to upsell items. Mulberry is a luxury brand so it was really Interesting to learn about the heritage of the brand.
