I am an outgoing bubbly person with many years of customer service, sales and operations management skills. I am very loyal and thrive off a busy environment. Over the past 8 years in the same company I have been promoted 5 times and now I work as a national operations executive. My passion is operations and training. Working in a franchise business I have trained all 9 franchisees and their whole front desk team to where they are now profitable.
As soon as I left school I became a junior hairdresser, I have worked in retail, offices doing admin, beauty and for the last 8 years I have worked my way up in the health and wellness industry. I train new franchisees and have assisted in opening all 9 of their centres. I also train all the front desk teams across the whole business.
Operations is a passion of mine and I am now the national operations executive. I love to see businesses succeed and my and goal is to make a start up business profitable within 18 months.
I left school after my gcse’s as I just wanted to start working right away. I have a qualification in beauty level 2 and an nvq in marine zoology.
