After leaving Auchmuty High School in 2018 I attended Fife college for a short course (February/July) studying health and social care at a level 4. Not long after I found an interest in a career in care which I now fully enjoy and take pride in my job as a care assistant. I am a confident and bubbly hardworking individual, enjoy working alone or part of a group. I enjoy learning new skills and always happy to improve on what I already know. My role as a care assistant at Hc one is to provide care for elderly with dementia, palliative care etc. some of my duties include washing, dressing and feeding. I have achieved many things whilst working in the care industry such as more confidence and better communication skills, I have also gained experience of leading a team through being promoted to a senior care assistant learning team leading thoroughly and medications
