My name is Yuen Shan Tang and known as Katniss. I am a year 1 student who studies Business Management in University of Dundee. I was working in Premier Inn at Edinburgh York place as a ground floor team member. I love to interact with customers and feel satisfied when people have a wonderful experience with our service and the hotel.
