Iv worked within pub work for 4 years learnt interpersonal skills and teamwork skills and good management and time organisation, good communication skills and co operation skills. I learnt how to talk to individuals and deal with complicated situations and how to manage and deescalate problems. I’m good at using my interpersonal skills. I can Deal with problems quick and effectively and efficient. i also have good problem solving skills.

I did public services lv3 in college and got distinctions I also did public management at university

I currently work at geoamey prison service Iv done this for around 7 months and I enjoy the job but I did it for experience as I want to move onto bigger and better things as I’m a hard worker and I like to progress and achieve more things and challenge my self. I deal with prisoners and new challenges daily and have progressed my knowledge and achieved new things and become more independent and increased my knowledge and teamwork skills, I’m very reliable and trustworthy when I set my mind to it I always aim higher than expected
