I am looking for a part-time role in Swansea. I am friendly, approachable, and eager to learn. I enjoy meeting new people and making small differences in someone's day. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with my friends and travelling. I am good with technology and a quick learner with new equipment. I believe that punctuality is important as well as personal presentation to set a high standard of professionalism.
Prefect at Cefn Hengoed School
My role as a prefect in Cefn Hengoed was to assist in the library to keep track of the flow of books in and out. I also participated in litter picking to maintain cleanliness of the school grounds and surrounding communal areas. This role also entailed meeting regularly with our head girl to discuss upcoming school events and what our duties will be around those events to ensure set up is completed to a high standard and that the event runs smoothly.
I was often on duty at lunch time in the main building to guide students around the school and make sure everyone knows where they should be. All the prefects would meet regularly, and our duties were rotated to keep it fair. I thoroughly enjoyed this role during my time at school it gave me a sense of pride and achievement and accountability as a student.
This role helped me with time keeping and building some form of professionalism.
