I worked behind the bar serving alcoholic beverages. I made sure the bar was kept tidy and in an orderly fashion. Arriving at work I was to put glasses away and top up the fridges along with sweeping and mopping floors, wiping tables and chairs, doing any leftover dishes, clean windows, mirrors and toilets, then to serve customers as they come in wether that was food or drinks.
