Kayleigh Hunt

The work I do is an important reminder of the impact and influence I must have as an educator and an influencer, to provide learners with opportunities to apply and improve their knowledge of technology.

I lead my team and influence my audiences through my straight talking, positive attitude. I have recently worked for the Department for Education on the EdTech Demonstrator Programme as the EdTech Lead at National Star. Internally, I work to enhance teaching and learning in the specialist field of SEND. I do this sucessfully collaborating with genernal Further education colleges, such as Grimsby Institute for Learning and Heart of Worcestershire College. I love what I do!

I'm a keen student and have spent thirty six years consistently invsting in my own learning development alongside my professional development.

I am concluding my Society for Education and Training (SET) Advanced Teacher Status by December. I have a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education alongside, a BA Hons in Applied Sports Science and Coaching, with Education Studies.

I enjoy studying. In 2021, I completed several qualifications to broaden my skills set. I completed Business Adminstration, Lean Management techniques, an Assessors qualification and the full suite of Electrical Engineering at level 4.

I hold additional qualifications in Assessment. I work as a volunteer as an Gold award/level Assessor for Duke of Edinburgh qualification.
