I always try to analyse any given scenario before jumping to hasty conclusions, which normally results in making the best decision possible. Throughout my time at next, I've done two different roles: sales consultant and delivery coordinator. As a sales consultant at Next, I worked in Women's, Men's, Children's and Home departments.

• Serving customers and providing friendly and helpful advice.
• Helping customers find products, sizes and styles.
• Processing sales and payments at the till.
• Stocking the shop floor and ensuring the floor is well presented.
• Maintaining store standing, displays and fitting rooms.

Delivery Coordinator at Next (2011-02 – 2026-08)

• Coordinated customer deliveries and collections, ensuring orders were processed accurately and efficiently.
• Received, checked and organised incoming stock and customers orders.
• Managed stock movement between the stockroom, shop floor and delivery areas.
• Resolved delivery and collection queries.
