At Kiko Milano, I worked as a Christmas temp, during this time I acquired many skills and insight into the working life. I was able to adapt quickly and efficiently to meet customer demands, during peak hours of the shop time. Showcasing my ability to work well and professionally under pressure.
Whilst working at Kiko, I was also exposed to a very sale orientated environment, as we had daily KPI targets that we had to achieve, along with an overall monthly target.
Sales Assistant, Vape Hub - Islamabad, Pakistan (August 2021 to August 2022)
At Vape Hub, my job not only included sales but also inventory check, and the marketing of any new flavours with my team. This allowed me to boost my customer service skills and value the importance of working as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
