- Working for the Hampshire Constabulary I worked as a Finance and Business Services Assistant. This was a very broad role and on a daily basis main duties can include raising orders, paying invoices and credit notes, processing overtime claims.
- Dealing with queries from internal and external customers through phone calls, emails and in person.
- As a trusted and long standing member of the team, I was also given the task of training new members of staff and take on the Supervisors role when needed.
- Throughout my time at Hampshire Constabulary I also worked as an Administration Assistant for the C.I.D. My duties here involved general administration, taking minutes, preparing files for court, taking messages from the public.
- Arranging meetings inside and outside of the constabulary, making accommodation bookings for small and large parties in the UK and abroad and compiling reports as necessary.
