As you can see my background includes work in the service industry in both retail and food, which has given me the confidence to work in front of the house and work on my customer-related skills. Before attending university, I worked within a residential care home, where my responsibilities included personal care, patient safety, monitoring and recording care plans and assisted feeding and the organization of activities for the residents.
Whilst studying, I have become proficient in computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint as well as other operating systems. I have recently graduated from Leeds Trinity University with a 2.1 higher BA (hons) on the course working with children, young people and families. I hope to gain employment where i can put my skills and knowledge i have learnt within the last 3 years.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families to promote positive outcomes. Additionally, I am eager to learn from others but equally as enthusiastic about promoting colleagues learning through sharing information and advice.
