I'm Keeley, I'm 18, and I'm currently studying Uniformed Protective Services at Loughborough College. I'm working towards my Level 3 Extended Diploma (equivalent to 3 A-levels) and I've already completed my Level 2 Foundation Diploma with a Distinction, Merit. Since my course doesn't start again until September, I'm fully available for work and excited to join a team where I can stay busy, learn new skills, and bring a positive attitude.
I'm friendly, hardworking, very creative and practical and always willing to help out wherever I'm needed.
Volunteer – Events Support - Loughborough College - Loughborough
Supported staff during open evenings and activity events. Guided visitors, answered questions, and helped people feel welcome.
Assisted at Bonfire Night: helping people off trains, supporting individuals with disabilities, and directing the public through busy areas whilst keeping them aware of the trains and hazards. Learned how to stay calm, friendly, and helpful in crowded environments.
