I am an experienced and dedicated Care Team Leader with over three years of experience at Graysford Hall, a luxury care home, where I have worked since 2023. I am a motivated, flexible and hardworking professional with strong experience in leading care teams, supporting residents, medication administration, person-centred care and maintaining high standards of care. Lead and coordinate care teams, allocating duties, managing workloads and ensuring safe, person-centred care and effective teamwork.
Manage and review care plans, risk assessments, resident documentation and care records, ensuring they remain accurate and reflective of residents' changing needs.
Coordinate medication administration, medication audits, stock checks and ordering, ensuring safe and compliant medication practices.
