I am an Assistant ambulance practitioner for the London ambulance service. If have been with the Ambulance Service for over 5 years. I have 10 years service in the NHS working as a health care assistant.
In my current role, my duties include:
Assessing patients at point of contact and prioritising their needs.
Referring patients to appropriate health care providers.
Reassuring, observing and recording patients vital signs.
Assisting the lead clinician with administration of treatment.
Conveying patients under blue light conditions.
My skills which I have demonstrated in my role are:
