I help large and complex organisations grow, transform and deliver for their people and their customers. My career has been built in demanding, regulated and politically exposed sectors where clarity, pace and sound judgement matter.
I am a senior HR leader with deep experience in culture change, workforce strategy, transformation and operational delivery. I enjoy solving real world problems, building strong leadership teams and creating people strategies that make the business stronger. I work best in organisations that need to shift direction, scale quickly or rebuild confidence.
At MAXIMUS UK I have supported major turnaround, large scale growth and several cycles of transformation. This has included standing up a six hundred person workforce in three months for a five hundred and twenty million pound contract and building a culture with improved engagement, reduced absence and a clearer sense of purpose.
I have held senior roles in healthcare, utilities, retail, international operations and outsourced services. Much of my work has involved unions, regulators, complex stakeholders and environments where public trust and performance both matter. I enjoy helping leaders find the right answer and then getting the organisation behind it.
I am a Fellow of the CIPD with a masters in HR strategy. Outside work I serve as a trustee in education and ageing focused charities and I am a committed endurance runner with more than three hundred and thirty marathons and ultra events completed.
