Liaison Engineer, London Gatwick Airport Hangar 9 at EasyJet (2018-06 – 2020-06)
Duties consist of oversight & monitoring on all Maintenance activities of the contracted MRO (Lufthansa Technics & SRT) at LGW, provide updates to EZYMOC on progress of A-CHKS and P- CHKS. Monitor and follow up on AOG situations, monitor spares movements, alert EZYMOC on any issues arising for the CHK aircraft, provide feedback to LGW maintenance manager on all aspects of the CHK aircraft, undertake any task given by the LGW maint manager. Assist where directed by the LGW maint Manager in the insourcing of the LWG line maint form SRT to EZY, note insourcing was completed Dec 2019.
Inspections of the Hangar facilities, record any defects noted, communicate any findings to EZY facilities management.
MANAGER BASE MAINTENANCE, BAHRAIN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT at GULF AIR (2012-06 – 2018-01)
Managed a team of Aircraft Licensed Engineers and Aircraft Technicians, performing A CHKS, C CHK Tasks, Out Of Phase tasks, and Aircraft Causality jobs on a fleet including A319 A320, A321 family, A330-200, A340-300, and EMB E190. Developed a team for insourcing the C1 & C3 CHKS on A320 and A321 family.
Coordinated all tooling requirements for A CHKS and C CHKS, reviewed C CHK work packages, and advised technical planning on MPD tasks. Monitored C CHKS with contracted MRO (JORAMCO) and verified all related invoicing.
