• Cleared 200m² of compound space by coordinating 25 hazardous waste trips, removing over 25,000kg of soft waste and oils.
• Led a team of 3 personnel to reorganise and re-categorise 6 years' worth of legacy F-35 spares (2,097 line items) for return to the USA, creating efficient processes that expedited the project.
