I am good at time keeping and organising. I love to cook and try out new recipes. I think I have a lot of patience and empathy as well as being resilient. I am good at communication. I like to plan ahead and know what I have to do next and be ready.
I am very good at being the leader but I can also step back and let someone else take the lead. I love looking after children and seeing them grow and flourish, I took a few years out of work to look after my children after my son was born, which is why there is a gap in my employment (2023-2026).
Mental Health Support Worker - Dorset Healthcare University Hospital

In this role I help teenagers that are under a section in a hospital with many different tasks. I support them in doing their laundry, maintaining personal hygiene, eating, taking part in activities and education. I have also been the main leader in organising the activities on the ward. I also assist the young people when they are on leave if it's just on the grounds or in the local area.

This role was voluntary, but I organised all the fetes, events, discos and school trips. I was also the signature for banking and also for cash handling.

These establishments are under the same company and I transferred from one brand to the other. In the role I took orders of food and drinks from the tables and the bar. I delivered food to the tables. I cleaned tables and polished cutlery. I completed other cleaning duties such as highchairs, backs of chairs and tables, tidied in the garden and car parks. I dealt with customer complaints. I took bookings and helped organise events. Taking payments and cash handling.

This premises was over 18's only. In this role I gave guests change to play the machines. I served guests tea, coffee, soft drinks and juice. All general cleaning duties. Dealing with customer complaints and services.
