I am an experienced, hardworking and passionate individual currently responsible for managing a team of four Workflow Coordinators in the medico-legal industry. Through my adept leadership skills, my team provides superior service to both solicitors, that represent individuals who have suffered from personal injury or clinical negligence, and over 80 medical experts. I have a proven track record of serving as an effective liaison between the business and our clients.
I understand the importance of delivering a high level of customer service at all times. I am dedicated to identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions to all problems.
I have worked for Jacqueline Webb for thirteen years as the Head of Department for the Workflow team. Since starting this position, I have played a pivotal role in managing the productivity of the team ensuring we deliver a high quality service for our clients and medical experts.
I have 9 GCSEs including Mathematics, English and Science. I have a Level 2 - BTEC in “Principles of Business and Administration”.
