As a person I am very approachable, positive and bubbly . I believe that being approachable has been the most beneficial factor of how I gained my promotions because I was able to gain customers trust which meant that they returned back to the salon and recommended us to friends and family.
From the age of 15 to 22 I have worked for Clevedon Hair Company where I have had multiple roles within the salon . My most recent role in the salon was assistant manager / front of house manager and receptionist some of the roles for this job title included greeting clients , booking in appointments on the online system, replying to emails and answering phone calls
First aider ( one day course ) completed twice
Fire safety awareness course i went to Clevedon School to study for my GCSEs and Weston College to complete my Level 2 NVQ hairdressing
