Kelly German

I have just finished my undergraduate degree - BA (hons) Education with Psychology and Counselling. Currently i am studying a Psychology Masters degree.

I have good communication skills and am very punctual. I work well in a team or individually.

I have three neurodiverse children and brother, so I understand the challenges these disorders can bring. As a family we adopted my three cousins as they lived in an abusive environment/home. All three had/have ongoing issues and have struggled throughout their lives. The eldest attended CAMHS and had an attachment disorder, which has made her life difficult as she struggles to form connections.

During my undergraduate placement, I dealt with vulnerable children at an alternative facility. I was able to acquire the trust and connections of some of the most challenging children that visited the facility. Most came from impoverished families, and many had autism or ADHD along with other challenging conditions. These experiences only encouraged me more.

While I am aware that I may not have much professional expertise, I do believe that my wealth of personal experience can be helpful. I am a sensitive and dedicated individual that picks things up quickly and will give it my all in any scenario.
