Kelly Gilmour

I am 38 years old and currently work as a care assistant in a care home. I have 2 children one in college one in high school. I am reliable and trustworthy and I put 100 and 10% in to my work. I love meeting new people and working as a team or on my own initiative.

I hate being late so much so I turn up to my current job 45 minutes early. I have a very high work ethic amd will always try my best to be the best I can be I feel I need to push my self for my children so they them self's will follow my lead.

In my time working I have worked in pubs and a restaurant serving customer's and helping in the kitchen. I did a temporary job in sales, I worked in a school as a welfare assistant for 7 years why my children was of a young age. I currently work at Bridgewater Manor cate home and gave been there over a year to date. I am looking for a new career as I feel I need to look long term for retirement age as my current job I feel could not be a retirement job.

I studied beauty in college in 2011 and have nvqs. I have also completed my care certificates and first aid.
