I am a creative professional with a diverse background spanning illustration, design, beauty therapy, retail, and customer service. My creative journey began with a BTEC Diploma in Graphic Design, where I developed a strong foundation in visual communication and design principles.
I am experienced in using Procreate to create digital illustrations and repeat patterns, with a particular interest in children's book illustration and greeting card design. I enjoy bringing ideas to life through creative storytelling and vibrant, engaging artwork, and I am excited about opportunities to further develop my work in these areas.
Alongside my creative work, I am the founder of Arched Muse Beauty, my self-employed beauty business. I was recently honoured to receive the Best New Talent award at the Isle of Wight Hair & Beauty Glow Awards, recognising my dedication to delivering exceptional beauty services and client experiences.
My professional background also includes over 10 years of retail experience. I began my career with Boots, progressing to the role of Electrical Consultant while also supporting fragrance and cosmetics departments. I later worked as a Brow Artist for Debenhams and have gained valuable experience working in spas across the UK. These roles have strengthened my skills in customer service, sales, communication, and building strong client relationships.
I am passionate about combining creativity, professionalism, and a people-focused approach in everything I do, and I am always open to opportunities that allow me to grow, collaborate, and contribute my skills.
With more than 10 years in retail and customer service along with my additional skills in the holistic beauty business both in hotels and as a self employed therapist and a consultant background.
