I am currently working and gaining experience as a shift Manager at McDonalds. I have a passion for travel and providing people with memorable moments! My passion for travel led me to studying International Tourism Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University where I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree.
Currently acting as a shift manager at McDonalds where I can manage up to 40 people per shift. I have recently been made responsible for the restaurants people system which involves conducting new employee welcome meetings, ensuring that all employees receive training of a high standard, monitoring the training log to see if employees have been signed off and verified on stations within the restaurant. I also have to ensure that all company goals and objectives are being met in order for the restaurant to successfully pass it's people audit with a substantial pass rate.
Within my current position I have also attended a customer experience lead course as delivering an exceptional service and experience to customers has always been a passion of mine.
I graduated university in July 2022, securing a First Class Honours degree in International Tourism. I also received the John Dobson Memorial Award which is an award for the best overall performance in International Tourism Management.
