I briefly worked at Harry Ramsdens during my time at college. In this job role my duties was to serve customers their meal orders and make sure that hygiene standards where met in the eating area of the restaurant.

Baker - Baldwins

I worked for Baldwins for 11 years; here I learnt all the skills I needed to know about baking which I found highly interesting and enjoyed my time working here as I found the job appealed to me. From here I decided to take a career in baking and also enjoyed baking at home.

Food Service Worker - Subway

I worked at subway for 6 months, in this job role I served customers food and at the till; I also made sure shop hygiene was a high standard and prepared the food to serve. At night shifts I made sure that al the till was cashed up and that to shop was ready for the next day and all locked up securely.

Travelling Bakery Manager - Greggs

I worked at Greggs as a travelling bakery manager; my duties are making sure all products are produced and in shop ready for sale on time, all stock is checked and accounted for dealing with suppliers and ordering anything needed. To adjust to any bakery and job role and start time required of me on any given day sometimes doing a spilt shift between 2 shops

Order Picker - Essex ground worked for this company for 18months. My role was picking orders for onsite customers. And orders to be delivered to building sites. When required I would also load and upload vehicles and go out to deliver to customers if Required.

Relief Delivery Driver - Trust Ford

Previous to this I was a relief delivery driver so my round would change from week to week could be covering London to Norfolk.

Night Shift Supervisor - Trust Ford then I transferred to the night shift as the supervisor. My main roll is to unload the lorry separate the products delivered to customers and stock items. The customer item must be downloaded onto the pc system costed and combined into 1 module.

So that it can transfered to a hand-held scanner and the information used to be linked to customers and placed to the correct drivers bench. Aswell as printing paperwork and solving any drivers issues that may arise. By time these are taken care of the day shift has started then its the hand over of information and general conversation of any issues or requests needed to keep things running smoothly with the day supervisor and management.
