• Oversee the day to day operations of a high-performance football academy, ensuring that the program is organised, compliant, efficient and delivered to a consistent high standard.
• Responsible for coordinating staff, players, parents, schedules and operational requirements across the programme.
• Manage administrative and logistical processes to ensure, fixtures sessions, travel and academy activities run efficiently.
• Act as a key point of contact between the women's department and the rest of the club.
• Support the continued development & expansion of the academy, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and player experience.

EFC WOMENS FOOTBALL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - Everton Football Club

• Managed day to day operational and logistical support for the Womens First Team ensuring players & staff
• Coordinated player onboarding and relocation processes. Including arranging accommodation, supporting visa and tax requirements and assisting players with settling into the area.
• Acted as the key point of contact for players and staff.
• Held stadium key-holder responsibilities, supporting access, security and the smooth running of matchday operations
• Managed communication and logistical arrangements with opposition clubs regarding fixtures, matchday requirements and operational needs.

EFCW ACADEMY APPRENTICE - Everton Football Club

• Completed an 18 month level 3 business apprenticeship in 8 months. Demonstrating strong performance, commitment and ability to learn quickly.
• Conducted academy operations at an external site, coordinating the practical requirements needed to deliver a professional academy environment.
• Liaised with coaches, players, parents and external stakeholders to ensure academy operations were organised and well communicated.
• Gained experience working across the full academy structure, developing a strong understanding of football operations and player development pathways.
