I have worked within L& D for the past 12 years, with the private healthcare sector. I am currently working towards my CIPD.
Whilst working in my previous role I supported with delivery of multiple compliance courses within the sector, alongside coaching and mentoring of employees. I would also monitor TNA for the geographical patch I was supporting, prioritising training needs across the region. I would liaise with multiple stakeholders and form parts of project teams as required to develop resources.
