Kerrie Blackett

Following a successful 22 year career in the British Army I decided to build a career within HR. My HR career spanning over 10 years has been built around the healthcare sector which I found extremely rewarding. Whilst not in a direct care providing role, ensuring staff were compliant in training and providing them with a career pathway to be proud of, resulting in better care being provided by staff that wanted to come to work.

I am passionate about helping people and providing a service with compassion and respect.

My time in the British Army instilled into me Discipline, integrity and respect for others. These values which i have maintained to this day.
