Hi I’m 35 from Walsall, I’m looking for a new opportunity to showcase my skills I have learned from my previous work and general day to day life, I am passionate about working with young people/adults as it’s very rewarding knowing I hav I helped someone feel better or get through there day helping them anyway I can, I like to think I’m easy going, very respectful and an approachable person, and I get on with everyone the best that I can.
I previously worked with a young person who was 2-1 and had complex needs and other needs, Ive had physical intervention training in order to pursue the role, I Thoroughly enjoyed my position, I believe I had a great relationship with the young person, and I dealt with all situations very professionally, even though I kept it as fun as I could for the young person , they made enough progress and eventually has the capacity to not need full time care any longer, I’m proud to have been apart of there journey and to watch them grow and progress amazingly, i feel I can take my new skills and experience and help somebody else now and I’m looking forward to it.
I haven’t been in education since 2003, I did a course to achieve my level1 in introduction to health, social care and children and young peoples settings in 2021.
