I retired from the NHS in May 2026 since then I have worked 5 hours per week cleaning/housekeeping. As the location for this job is 1 hour drive away from my home in Highgate I will not continuing in post.
Duties included hoovering, polishing and washing surfaces

Offering Family Based Treatment for children and families with an eating disorder. Duties include holding a caseload including Care Coordinator role. Being responsible for managing own diary, recording case notes, risk assessments and Care Plan on SystemOne. Facilitating complex assessments and recording on systems and feeding back to team MDT. Liaising with other health professionals and schools both via telephone, in writing and via Team or face to face. Management complex and high challenging therapeutic interventions.
Around the Family Meetings and attend Social Care Meetings as required. Making referring to CAMHS T4 Inpatient and attending CPAs. Accessing various NHS databases including ESR.
