I am always willing to take on extra duties and work extra hours when required to achieve and surpass a set target. During my time spent working in the Theatre Stores, I undertook all essential training and developed my understanding of procedures and policies further and was a competent member of the team. I also increased my confidence and communication skills whilst dealing with a wide range of companies, staff within the department and Procurement department and senior theatre staff daily whilst ordering and chasing stock. Whilst working in the NHS, I am used to working in an environment where it is important to maintain confidentiality, data protection and be aware of child protection issues.
I am also aware of the importance of health and safety standards and able to follow policies and procedures correctly.

I have gained experience working with children whilst working teaching sports at St. Joseph's Primary School, this involved preparing lesson plans and teaching with some sole responsibility. During college, I studied BTEC sport.
While studying, I was required to part take in work experience in a school of my choice. I had the opportunity to work in the reception class at St. Joseph's RC Primary School, Cardiff. I helped in the class with the day-to-day activities as well as helping during the physical education classes and creating lesson plans for these lessons.
Carer (Charitable work) - HCPT - Lourdes, France
I am also a member of HCPT which is a charitable organisation that takes disabled and less fortunate children away for a week to Lourdes, France. During this period, I, as a Carer, oversaw the looking after of the child and making sure all the physical and emotional needs were met.
