SUMMARY: Successfully Handled shutdown protocols, Pre-comm, Commissioning & Post Commissioning Operations (client) interface for Oil & Gas, Mining, FMCG, Paper & pulp in Mechanical, (Material handling systems), EI, piping (Insulation, (blankets), tracing, Flushing, blowouts, hot tappings, leak detection, overlays, coating, Scaffolding, Rigging, rubber lining procedures for equipment & piping systems.
Interface with design, MOC teams, ensured proper documentation & proper stakeholder engagement is followed.

Supported preparation of spare part list for all major equipment, Identify BAD ACTORS – Preventive measures.

Participated invitation to tender (ITT), RFQ, bid evaluation, selection- review of OEM data sheets as per project spec.
Prepared criteria for FAT, SAT, ITP to shortlist Equipment (OEMs) to align with end user’s project specifications
Reviewed OEM design specs, Supported stage Gate deliverables for client capital project Management systems
Supported sub contracts department in translating data sheets to firm orders along procurement life cycle.
Supported contracts dept to prepare Lubrication, Maintenance practices, Warranty, Maintenance spares in OEM interface.
Initial identification, sourcing & purchase of equipment, spares (long lead items) & ensured correct deliverables received.
Reviewed Nozzle/ flange schedule for piping with equipment matrix along elevation / direction interface.
Interface with boilers, economizers - steam piping, supply lines, traps, valves – insulation (MW, CaSi, CG) & blankets.
Mentored site engineers, supervisors, QC, construction crew at construction, completions, and turnover stages
Conducted performance reviews for existing in plant equipment (running, malfunctioned equipment on periodic basis).
Reviewed construction / constructability protocols for Pipe supports, Hangers, Pipe shoes, Guides in contractor interface.
Prepared SOW & oversaw approval of additional extra scopes from client & determined baselines to projects.
Translated deviations from Trends, Change orders / logs, DCN, FCNs, DFRs, PCNs, RFIs, into actuals.
Reviewed change orders in client’s interface -all deviations, additional scopes are added in cost forecasts. (MOC)
Project Man Power varied from 125 persons to 4500 Persons (at peak, with multiple contracting companies).
Man Hours FTEs Direct & Indirects 500,000 to 17 Million Man hours with ZERO LTI & NIL Environment disasters.
