As a Construction manager i am responsible for the Management of Projects to ensure they run to agreed timescales as efficiently as possible whilst controlling subcontractors, Materials, and any on site issues. The supervisors will be responsible for attending Pre-Start meetings, Progress Meetings, and project handovers. I have the overall responsibility for the safe working and health and safety on site ensuring that operatives are adhering to H&S requirements including carrying out Quality of Work, Health and Safety & Behavioural Audits.
I assist the Project Manager with planning works and assist in controlling the budgets of projects whilst working in conjunction with Support Teams, Finance, Business Development and Shared Services Teams.

Drive a "Safety First and "Right First Time" culture across the field operations backed up through plans and engagement with suppliers.
